• Submit enquiries and applications to partner universities
• Access educational content, reviews, and guidance

TopperGrad is not a university and does not award degrees. All academic programmes are offered and administered by the respective partner universities. Admissions, curriculum delivery, examinations, and degree conferral are entirely the responsibility of the universities.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of programme information, fees, or availability. University details are sourced from partner institutions and may be subject to change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopperGrad and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to TopperGrad in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopperGrad, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
